Twinning projects - Forecast

On June 1, 2010, there are 38 projects in the Twinning Work Plan:

10 Twinning projects (accreditation, sanitary and phitosanitary, gas regulation, justice, civil service, transport, investments, statistics, monetary policy, financial control ) are in implementation phase
2 Twinning projects (environmental protection and housing infrastructure) are in contract drafting phase
7 Twinning projects (judicial reform, civil service, accreditation, communications, statistics and internal affairs, social policy) are in Twinning Fiche preparation phase
6 Twinning projects (social and labor policy, education, telecommunications, civil aviation, phitosanitary and external audit) are in TOR preparation phase
5 Twinning projects are in identification stage
8 Twinning projects (internal financial control, competition, energy regulation, civil aviation, standards and norms, space technologies, transport, internal affairs) have been finalized.

Forecast for the second half of 2010:

Finishing of the 3 Twining projects in the first half of 2010 is expected (State Statistic Committee of Ukraine, National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine, Ministry of Transport of Ukraine)

Start of implementation of 2 Twinning projects (Ministry of Environmental Protection of Ukraine, Ministry of Housing of Ukraine)

Twinning projects of Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine, Main Department of Civil Service of Ukraine, National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine, State Social Services for Family, Children, and Youth, National Commission for Communications Regulation of Ukraine, State Statistic Committee of Ukraine, Interior Troops of Ukraine and State Aviation Administration on call for proposal.

Twinning Fiche preparation for the National Agency of Ukraine on Ensuring of Efficient Use of Energy Resources Management, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine, Main State Plant Quarantine Inspection of Ukraine.
