Meeting with the SIGMA programme experts in the MainCRO |

On June 27, 2010 the meeting between Olena Chechulina, Deputy Head of the Main Control and Revision Office and SIGMA programme experts.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the draft report of the SIGMA program in the areas of public financial management, internal control and external audit to form a final report.
During the meeting it was decided to start preparation of the Twinning
project for the Main Control and Revision Office of Ukraine, which is
aimed at modernizing public financial management system, including the
development of central authorities of internal financial control.
In the meeting took part: Joop Vrolijk, Senior adviser Audit and
Financial Control, Peter Brooke, Former Civil Service Public Finance,
Noel Hepworth, Former Chief Executive and Head of International
Relations CIPFA, Andrew Anderson, Audit Manager for Audit Scotland, Jan
Van Tuinen, Adviser on public finance in the Ministry of Finance of
Ukraine, Eleonora Nikolaichuk, Sector Manager, Public Finance, Twinning,
TAIEX and SIGMA, the ECD, Maksim Tymokhin,Head of the harmonization
of public internal financial Department , MainCRO, Tetyana Borovkova, Head of the Division, Deputy Head of the harmonization of public internal financial control of the supervisory control,Yuliya Futuranska, Director of reforming the budget system
Department, Ministry of Finance, Iryna Luchynska, Senior Consultant,
Twinning and SIGMA Instruments Coordination Unit.
