On June 22, 2010 Olena Cherniy, Head of the Twinning and SIGMA Instruments Coordination Unit hold a meeting with the framework experts and the Project manager from the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine Svitlana Didkivska regarding Twinning Fiche preparation "Support the Implementation of the Norms and Standards of the EU in the Spheres of Airports, Aerodromes and Air Traffic Management /Air Navigation Services (ATM/ANS)" During the meeting participants discussed the general rules and requirements of the EC in the preparation of the Twinning Fiche, also everybody got methodical materials.

It is expected that the first variant of Twinning Fiche will be ready by late July 2010.
