Videoconference on the Final Agreement of Framework Document on CIB |

On June 21, 2010 in the premises of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine videoconference on the final agreement of Framework Document on Comprehensive Institutionsl Building Programme (CIB) under the Eastern Partnership was held.
Head of Ukrainian delegation was Andriy Vyshnevsky, Deputy Head of MDCSU / Director of the Administrative Office of Twinning Programme. On the European side meeting hosted Laura Garagnani, Head of Operations of the Delegation of the European Union to Ukraine and a representative of the European Commission Directorate General for Enlargement Douglas Carpenter.
During the conference the latest version of the Framework Document on
CIB was discussed, as well as issues relating to training programs,
including the expansion of tools available for Ukraine to achieve its
objectives, timing and procedure of signing the Framework Document.
On the results of the event it was agreed to form the final version of
the document by the end of June 2010.
The event was also attended by representatives of the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Bureau for European Integration of Ukraine
of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Twinning Programme
Administrative Office, Ministry of Economy of Ukraine and others.
